Welcome to our food blog. As a quick introduction, we're two food enthusiasts currently residing in Singapore, and it's our goal to bring you the most honest and impartial food reviews anyone can provide.



Why Anonymous?

Y'know how you read a food review on an acclaimed food critic's blog and you set your expectations of the restaurant/cafe based on the extremely positive reviews that you read? But when you actually experience it yourself, you realise it's not all that great because you don't receive the same "special treatment" the food critics do? When a food critic walks into a restaurant, the staff automatically steps up its game to provide the best standard of food and service in exchange for a positive review. Food and service is never consistent, it's a hierarchy with the food critics receiving the best standards and the rest receiving the average everyday standards.

We're not saying food critics or restaurants are biased, everyone has an innate need to impress others, especially those in related fields. But if you're one of the restaurants/cafes that manages to remain consistent despite the customer's status, you have our respect.

And this is why we choose to remain anonymous: to provide you the most raw and frank reviews.
